Utility Service Forms
To start water and/or sewer services in the town of Coffeeville, Al please come to the Town Hall. Assuming an existing meter, each applicant must provide a copy of your drivers's license, completed application for services, provided below, and $150 - $100 deposit and $50.00. For any additional services please contact the Utility's Clerk.

The Board of Directors of Coffeeville Utilities has adopted the following basic rules and regulations that will be observed by both the Board and its members.
This application serves as the contract between your household and the Town Utilities Board.
